deleted comppany two and executed cleanup
2.Make sure DTC is up and running
3.bpuseradmin as sql sysadmin and default it with master
4..net frane work 2.0 should be in list
aspnet_regiis.exe -iru -enable
Installation-
1)Installed WSS 3.0 using the Advanced > Web Front End option
2) Ran SharePoint Products and Technology Configuration Wizard to create the new config database
3) Used SharePoint 3.0 Central Administration to create a new new IIS site/Web Application/content database
4) We created a Site Collection called using the Team Site template
5)bpuseradmin as primary admin
6) We verified that we could access this new site
7) Then we installed BP, only choosing the Project Time and Expense feature
8)Confirm installation
